I placed a mobile order and somehow my drink wasn’t included, which was frustrating because the store was slammed and there really wasn’t a quick way for them to fix it right then. I get it, things happen, but still, I’d already paid for it, you know? I reached out to support and then just kind of waited, and waited, and it ended up taking a couple days to hear back. They did refund me eventually, so I do appreciate that, and it wasn’t some huge disaster or anything. It just felt slower than it needed to be and a little annoying in the moment. Overall, not terrible, but definitely could’ve been handled faster.

I like that it’s never out of stock. There’s just something about it that makes ordering easier and less stressful, since I don’t have to keep checking back or worry about missing out.

I really appreciated that my coffee was already ready when I got there. For me, that makes the whole experience so much easier, especially when I’m trying to grab something quickly and get on with my day.

I ordered from starbucks for delivery and it went smoother than I expected. The driver actually showed up earlier than the time it gave me, which was a nice surprise because I had already mentally prepared to wait around and scroll on my phone for too long. My drink was still hot too, which is kind of hit or miss with delivery. Nothing spilled, the bag was packed well, and my breakfast sandwich was still warm. Small thing, but it made my morning a lot better. I was also trying to clean my kitchen at the same time and completely forgot I had laundry in the washer, so having breakfast just show up without any drama was perfect. I’d definitely order again

I’ve been using this for a while and I’ve never had any payment issues here, everything has gone through fine whenever I needed it to and I haven’t had to deal with any annoying delays or problems.

I really like that there are always like a dozen different drinks and snacks to choose from. Some days I’ll grab coffee, other times tea, a refresher, or something sweet if I’m in the mood. It’s especially nice when I’m with a couple friends and we all want totally different things.

I grabbed a latte and really enjoyed it. It came out nice and hot, super smooth, and just the right level of sweetness for me, not overly sugary at all. It was exactly the kind of drink I was hoping for.

I’ve noticed that the experience really depends on which location you go to. Some spots are great, while others just don’t measure up at all. It’s a little hit or miss, but the better locations are DEFINITELY worth going back to

I come by this starbucks a few mornings a week, and the thing I notice most is that it’s consistently clean. I’m usually quick to spot dirty tables, sticky floors, or a messy bathroom, but I haven’t had much to complain about here. The tables are wiped down, the floors look taken care of, and even the bathroom was tidy the last time I used it. It just makes sitting down with my coffee a lot more pleasant. 5 stars from me

The staff were really friendly and nice, which I appreciated!! But i did feel a little rushed while I was at the counter... like I needed to hurry up and decide quickly!!! Not a bad experience overall, just wish it felt a bit more relaxed

I like that they actually seem to care about where the coffee comes from. There’s just something about it that makes me feel a little better buying it and drinking it.

The site was simple to use... I found my drink right away, made the changes I wanted, and checkout went through smoothly. No weird loading stuff or glitches for me!

I wasn’t sure I’d care that much, but I do like being able to switch up the milk and add extra shots when I want. It’s a small thing, but it makes ordering feel a lot easier.

My first impression was that I was just stopping in for my usual coffee and not expecting much from the food, but it ended up being really good. The turkey pesto sandwich was warm, the bread held up and wasn’t soggy, and the cake pop actually tasted fresh. Nothing fancy, just quick, simple, and tasty. I was happy with it and would definitely order it again.

It just doesn’t feel like it’s worth much now... I expected a bit more, but at this point I’m disappointed with it.

I ordered ahead before I got there, and it was as easy as it gets. I walked in, grabbed my drink, and was back out the door in no time. There really wasn’t any waiting, which I definitely appreciated.
